In Q3 of 2008, NSS Labs performed a focused validation of the Crossbeam X80 system's ability to meet some specific requirements in a wireless carrier environment. Used together with CheckPoint's FireWall-1, NSS Labs validated the solution's ability to perform at speeds up to 8Gbps while handling extremely small packets of HTTP traffic, ranging from 80 to 100 Bytes.
