Please note: This report includes the results of the initial AEP 3.0 public test. Since that testing, NSS Labs and Palo Alto Networks have engaged in further testing, identifying, isolating, and ultimately addressing an issue. Palo Alto Networks is engaged in a follow-on validation test reflecting the current state of their product.  We expect to publish results from this follow-on validation in mid-May.

NSS performed an independent test of the Palo Alto Networks Traps 5.0.4. The product was subjected to thorough testing at the NSS facility in Austin, Texas, based on the NSS Labs Advanced Endpoint Protection Test Methodology v3.0. This test was conducted free of charge and NSS did not receive any compensation in return for Palo Alto Networks’ inclusion.
