Executive Summary

Large Manufacturing Company (LMC) had to get to the bottom of recent hacking attempts on its network. Its IT security team was especially concerned about the effectiveness of its Advanced Endpoint Protection (AEP) product. After engaging with us at NSS Labs, LMC was able to review data from our testing platform that proved its AEP product was performing poorly. By having the AEP vendor provide fixes, LMC was able to improve its security posture.
