NSS Labs performed an independent test of the HP TippingPoint S7500NX v3.7.2-4252. The product was subjected to thorough testing at the NSS facility in Austin, Texas, based on the Next Generation Intrusion Prevention System (NGIPS) Methodology v1.0 available at nsslabstage.wpengine.com.

This test was conducted free of charge and NSS did not receive any compensation in return for HP TippingPoint’s participation. During NSS’ NGIPS 1.0 group test, NSS and HP TippingPoint discovered an anomaly during testing. This Test Report provides updated results for the HP TippingPoint S7500NX.
